Terms of Service
- Who we are. Indian Aeronautics (ia.buye.online), operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME, address, GSTIN], is a private B2B network for supplier discovery, RFQs, jobs, training and MRO listings.
- What we are not. We are not a government body, defence procurement authority, aviation regulator, certification authority or official tender portal. Information from official sources remains the official record.
- Accounts. You must give accurate information, keep your password secret and be authorised to act for any company you represent. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
- Listings and verification. Listings are provided by users. A “Basic Profile” is not verified. Badges show only the review stage reached. Certifications are self-declared unless marked otherwise. Do your own due diligence before contracting.
- RFQs and quotations. Contracts are made directly between buyer and supplier. We are not a party and do not guarantee quality, price, delivery or payment. Visibility settings limit who sees an RFQ on the platform; we do not promise legal confidentiality. Use your own NDA where needed.
- AI matching. Matches are recommendations built from supplier-provided data and may be incomplete or wrong. They are not endorsements or verified facts.
- Regulated activity. Users must comply with applicable Indian and international laws, including export-control, defence and aviation rules. Do not upload classified or export-controlled technical data.
- Content. You are responsible for what you upload and message. Do not post unlawful, misleading, infringing or malicious content. Report abuse from the messaging screen.
- Fees. Plans, prices and GST are shown at checkout and may change for future periods.
- Liability. To the extent permitted by law we exclude indirect losses and cap liability at the fees you paid in the previous 12 months. Disputes are subject to the courts at [CITY], India.
Privacy Policy
- Data we collect: account details (name, email, phone, role), company and professional profile information, RFQs, quotations, messages, uploaded files, payment references and usage logs.
- Why: to run your account, show listings you choose to publish, match RFQs, send notifications and process payments.
- Visibility: company profiles are public once approved. Your email and phone are not shown publicly. Messages and files are visible only to the people involved and to administrators when needed for support or abuse handling.
- Storage: data is held in Google Workspace services (Sheets, Drive, Apps Script). Files are stored privately and downloaded only after an access check. We never see or store card details; payments are handled by the payment provider.
- Sharing: we do not sell personal data. We share it with service providers (email, payment, hosting) and when law requires.
- Your rights: you can ask to access, correct or delete your data at info@buye.online. We respond within [30] days, subject to legal retention (e.g. invoices).
- Cookies: we use session storage to keep you logged in and no advertising cookies.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel a subscription any time from Billing. Cancellation stops renewal; it does not refund the current period unless stated below.
- Refunds: request within [7] days of payment if you have not used paid features (e.g. responded to RFQs). Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within [7–10] business days.
- Featured placements, reports and job posts already delivered are non-refundable, except where we failed to deliver.
- Course fees follow the trainer’s published terms; contact the trainer first, then us.
- Failed or duplicate payments: contact info@buye.online with your payment reference.
Cookie Policy
- We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
- When you log in, a session token is kept in your browser’s session storage and is removed when you log out or close the tab.
- Google sign-in (optional) and Razorpay checkout (when you pay) load scripts from those providers, which have their own cookie policies.
